How to make a paper steam boat?

ORIGAMI is the art of folding paper into various shapes;to create animals,plants,objects etc. Making a steam boat is a simple one. Follow these steps to make yourself a nice looking steam boat:



Step1: Take a square piece of paper and fold the paper into half both vertically & horizontally. Now fold the same paper along the dotted lines as shown in the figure.



Step2: After you fold the paper along the dotted lines you'll get a diamond shape. Now rotate the object by 45 degree so that you get the square shape and flip it over.












Step3: Now after flipping the paper you'll get an even smaller square,
start folding the paper along the dotted lines as shown in the figure.











Step4: After you fold the paper along the dotted lines,
flip the paper over once more. You'll find that the
shape is still a square but its dimension has got smaller.
You'll also fine four flaps. Now you need to fold the paper
once again as shown in the fugure.











Step5: After you fold the paper as told in step 4 you'll get a shape where there will be four cups. This is shown in the figure. Open any two cups to make the 'Chimney of the steam boat.

THE FOUR CUPS ARE THE ONES POINTED BY MY FINGER.





Step6: After opening the 2 cups for the chimney,
stretch the other two so that you make the boat
shaped structure. This is shown in the figure.










Step7: Once you complete this your steam boat is ready TADA!!!
